Cook the low carb tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces.

Heat the butter and stir-fry the mushrooms in it.

Crush the garlic. Add it to the pan with the mushrooms and stir-fry it together until the mushrooms are cooked and brown.
