Step by Step Instructions

Cook the low carb tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces.

Heat the butter and stir-fry the mushrooms in it.

Crush the garlic. Add it to the pan with the mushrooms and stir-fry it together until the mushrooms are cooked and brown.

Lower the heat and add a generous dash of cooking cream. Stir everything together. The cooking cream thickens and becomes a cream sauce.

Add some grated cheese and mix it into the cream until the cheese melts. Serve with fresh pepper.
